Destiny serves as an Quality Control Manager specializing in assisting clients with renewals, coordinating communication pieces, open enrollment, claims and service support, implementation and ongoing plan administration. Destiny also spends her time assisting Synergy clients with the implementation of Insure Oklahoma from beginning to end. Destiny works closely with each of her clients to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
